The total depends on the selected product, measured area, layout, preparation and fitting requirements. Underlay, thresholds and finishing details can also affect the quotation. Ask for a project quotation so you can compare the whole specification rather than a material price alone.

We offer free measuring and quotations. Contact us with your address and a brief description of the rooms to arrange the next step. Plans can help an initial discussion; final quantities may require a site measurement.

Timing depends on stock, ordering, site readiness and fitting availability. We will discuss the schedule for your selected flooring before you confirm. Please do not arrange other work around an assumed installation date.

Underlay needs to suit the floor, the installation and any heating system. Existing underlay may be worn or unsuitable even if it looks serviceable. Ask us to assess what your chosen product requires and include the appropriate option in your quotation.

Do not assume it can. The existing surface must be assessed for stability, moisture, flatness, height and compatibility with the installation system. Uplifting or preparation may be needed. Our fitting page explains what to discuss.

Tell us what needs moving or uplifting when arranging the quotation. Confirm what is included, any additional charge, disposal arrangements and what you need to clear before fitting day.

Start with the room’s use, cleaning needs and the product’s actual specification. No floor is maintenance-free or immune to damage. We can help you compare suitable options and explain the manufacturer’s care guidance.

No blanket claim applies to every product or installation. Ask about the exact water-resistance rating, permitted rooms, edge details and cleaning requirements. Compare vinyl and laminate before deciding.
